Appearance: Pale gold in colour, crystalline and bright.
Aroma: Aromatic, intense nose. Its aroma recalls the characteristic smell of “terroir” (damp earth) which goes perfectly with the vegetable aroma of the ginger root.
Taste and texture: Subtle and silky in the mouth. Rounded, balanced and tasty, it has a good structure and a persistent palate. Spicy finish.
