Bottled after a long maceration process, it is the result of combining aromatic herbs, mostly of alpine origin, with the renowned white wines of the Penedés area.
Toasted and dried fruit aromas, as well as spicy and balsamic notes, will be released after maturing for several months. In addition, its sweet bitterness will become silky and delicate.
