Aspecte: Beguda elaborada a partir de base làctia. Aspecte cremós. Color beix clar.

Aroma: Aroma intens que integra perfectament els aromes làctics amb notes de fruits de closca, ressaltant principalment les ametlles.

Sabor i textura: Dens i cremós, presenta notes molt agradables a ametlles i fruits de closca. Dolç i ben estructurat. Melós. Servir fred.
