Old Level Scotch Whisky is elaborated from a blend of grain whisky and malt whisky. The grain is grown, malted, fermented, distilled, blended, and aged for at least three years in an oak barrel in Scotland, under the Scotch Whisky Designation of Origin.
Appearance: Golden yellow-coloured whisky. Clean and bright.
Aroma: The persistent smoky and mineral hints can be sensed in the mouth.
Taste and texture: Balanced and well-structured. Flavours reminiscent of malt, nuts, and spices can be sensed in the mouth.
