Sambuca is a sweet and strong liquor based on anise, typical of Italy. Intense, clear, pervasive aroma lent to it by the distilled star anise. Smooth, aromatic and refreshing.
Appearance: Colourless transparent, crystalline liquid. It has a characteristic cloudy blue tinge when mixed with water.
