Our anise is made from the maceration in alcohol of anise seeds, in combination with other plants. We recommend consuming it alone or mixed with water. Anise is transparent when served alone, and whitish mixed with water.
Appearance: Colorless, transparent and crystalline liquid. Mixed with water it produces a characteristic cloudiness.
Aroma: Intense, clear and penetrating aroma. It perfectly integrates, in its correct proportion, the aroma from the distillation of star anise, or badian anise, with the aroma provided by green anise or matalahúva.
Taste and texture: Sweet and warm flavor on the palate. Smooth, liquorous and aromatic.
