Komugiko
by Vicenç Mora

Description
Komugiko ( 小麦粉 ) is a creation of our most innovative collaborator, Vicenç Mora. Komugiko, which means flour in Japanese, is a type of cocktail that, in Glops Palau (our collaborator’s place), is called Shiawase “happiness”, which seeks to integrate elements of nature in a simple way, with millenary harmony. With a base of L’Arbre Gin, vanilla extract (bitter and sweet at the same time), egg white for a very creamy and pleasant texture (Namelaka, which means “very creamy” in Japanese), strawberry jam, yuzu and pineapple juice, infusion of 8 mealworms, which make a great addition to the meal. As always, Vicenç will not leave you unphased. #TeichennéFamily
